The Strategic Foresight Group (SFG) and Bangladesh Institute of Peace and Security Studies (BIPSS) coorganized the Second International Workshop on Himalayan Sub-regional Cooperation for Water Security in Dhaka. This project seeks to develop new ideas for preventing conflict over water resources in that region.
