The December 2009 issue of “CPSIS Letter” by the Shanghai Center for RimPac Strategic and International Studies at Shanghai Jiaotong University is now out.
The issue, available here, features several analyses by Shanghai scholars on President Obama’s visit to China, Japan and South Korea, the evolution of cooperation between Taiwan and mainland China, and maritime security cooperation.
